Major Hangover Shows as CGA Heads Back to League Play

Andy Shaffer, the lone CGAer not on a "Major Hangover" shot the low round of the day. He cruised to an easy victory over Schoemer and helped Chuckie West to a big win. Every year the toughest league matches are after the majors. There is a reason why the PGA heads to New Orleans or some other weak tour stop after majors. There was some other low rounds turned in by Steve Porterfield, Doug May and Big Brother Greg May. Steve Porterfield continues to play well and is the leader over his playing partner Joe Ayers in the individual standings. Keep in mind, that Porterfield, Ayers, and Swanson have yet to have a bye.

More of the same from the team race, as Porta-Joe's has a nice lead over Dude, Where's My Par and Chuckie West. Keep in mind, Chuckie has already had their bye. Big match on June 1st between, Dude, Where is My Par and Chuckie West.

Have a safe and joyous holiday. See you on June 1st.
