What Brink Thinks Week 15

Joe Ayers is your Week 15 Player of the Week, carding a low gross 36 and low net 29.  Gretel's French Toast took the team low net with a season low team net of 62 in their 35.5 - 19.5 win over Stroke Me.

Bret Benack's 9-6 win over Steve Porterfield has him tied for first place individually with K.C. Budzik. Benack may have the upper hand as Budzik still has a bye week on the schedule.  George Tzagournis is also in position to finish in the top 2, but does also have a bye remaining.

CB3PO still holds first in team by 8.5 points over Gretel, with 2-Drink and D-Rags still in conversation.

Schedule Change Due to Rainouts
After further review here is the remaining schedule for the season.
8/24/15 - Back Nine Blue Tee Rotation
8/31/15 - Back Nine White Tee Rotation
NO LABOR DAY GOLF
9/14/15 - Back Nine White Tee Rotation

There will be NO Labor Day round.
What we thought was a front nine round in actuality is a back nine round.  If you recall per below, we did play the front three weeks in a row so now we have to play the back three weeks in a row.  Hickory is NOT available for a back nine round on Labor Day, plus they will be doing aeration work on the course, so to finish the season on 9/14 was determined as the best option.  Enjoy Labor Day, your wives will be happy.

How did we get in this situation?
6/22 - Played Front
6/29 - Back rained out and moved to end of season
7/6 - Played Front
7/13 - Back rained out and moved to end of season
7/20 - Played Front
8/24 - Original last week of season and hence playing the back nine.
8/31 & 9/14 - Two back nine rain out dates.

I hope playing on 9/14 is not an issue for anyone.  At least we play one more competitive match just two weeks short of the proposed CronyCup date and there is zero interference for the Ohio State game on Labor Day.

Is this Perfect?  Fuck no!!!
We've learned to never move rainouts to the end of the season ever again, far too complicated.
